Egg-cellent people of Coolum, have you seen The Chicken Man? This plucky young thing has apparently been out and about in Coolum Beach – sticking his beak in and shaking his tail feathers all over the place. In response to these confirmed sightings a Chicken Man hotline has been established – 0412 422 981 and if you see Chicken Man, please call in to report where, when and what he was up to. All callers will remain anonymous. This feathery fellow is actually part of a performance art piece taking place in Coolum from June 3- 24. It is definitely something a little bit ‘quirky’ but interesting nonetheless, and if you see the Chicken Man, please go on up and say hi. Public assistance and interaction are crucial for this performance piece to work with all to be revealed at the end of the month.
