Local creatives Andrew Veivers, Peta O’Hara and Shannon Sol Carroll are seeking your “Coolum Song” to include on a Playlist that celebrates the stories of Coolum residents and visitors and their connection to the local area.
Veivers says “Peta, Shannon and I are out and about the community talking to all ’n sundry, near ’n far. We’ve been loving the songs that locals have been sharing with us… and the stories behind them have been everything from heart-wrenching to hilarious.”

A new initiative of Coolum based performing arts company Red Chair, Playlist will culminate in an immersive theatrical experience combining live music, video projection, visual art, and spoken word at Coolum Civic Centre on 27 August.
