It was a day of German fun at the Coolum Peregian RSL on Sunday, October 17 in celebration of their Oktoberfest and many of the attendees got into the spirit by dressing up in their finest lederhosen and dirndl, which are traditional German clothing. The day which ran from 11.30 am to 4.30 pm featured live music, German beer and schnapps, and patrons received a commemorative stein. The next event at the RSL is the November ‘Sunday On The Green’ which will be held on Sunday, November 7 from 11.30 am.
