Coolum Netball now has a new courtside cold water drinking bubbler thanks to a grant provided by the Coolum Surf Club.

Coolum State High School P&C President Nicole Sklenars, who also looks after sponsorship for Coolum Netball said, “I applied for a couple of grants and finally was successful with the Coolum Surf Club which gave an in-house grant of $2000 worth of vouchers, some of which we raffled off to raise another $1500 to achieve our final target.”

“This has been an ongoing club project over the last two years, so it’s exciting to see the water bubbler finally installed at the Coolum netball courts.”

Coolum Netball is also grateful to local company Cooee Water who was very patient whilst the club worked to obtain enough funds to install the bubbler – it will be a very welcome addition for players, particularly throughout the warmer months.
