From everyone at the Advertiser and the wider Coolum community we wish Margaret a very happy birthday. Margaret officially celebrated her special birthday on Saturday April 3 at the Coolum Beach Bowls Club surrounded by friends and family. Margaret is pictured with her letter from the Queen at her party on Easter Saturday at the Coolum Bowls Club. A long time Coolum local, Margaret still lives independently in Coolum and up until recently was walking up to 10km a day with her beloved dog. An avid Broncos fan Margaret spent many years playing bowls at Peregian and Coolum and now enjoys a flutter on the pokies as a social outing. Happy Birthday Margaret – you deserve all the wins!
