The Coolum Beach Surf Life Saving Club held their annual ‘Back To Coolum’ Day on Saturday, October 11, in the newly named ‘Peterie – Want’ Members’ Rooms. The annual day celebrates the history of the club and is a way for past and current active members to come together and reflect on the history and future of the club. Most years, special awards and accolades are observed, and this year, the day reflected on the connection the club has with our service personnel. In a fitting tribute, the social side of the Coolum Beach Surf Club donated $1,000 to Legacy and invited representatives from Legacy along for the day and presentation.
