On May 8 (World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day), members of Coolum Red Cross donated hand-knitted trauma teddies to the Coolum Police Station for their Domestic and Family Violence (DVF) safe room. These teddies have been given to victims of trauma for more than 30 years. Red Cross continues to provide trauma teddies, made by our volunteers, to those of any age in need of one.
