New Pathway- Yungar Street to Centenary Heights
WORK is due to begin on Monday, October 13, on a new 1.8 metre-wide pathway stretching 212 metres along Greenoaks Drive, Coolum. The new path will start from the existing footpath at Yungar Street and will finish at Centenary Heights. Work should take about three weeks, pending good weather and site conditions. I’ve heard from many local residents about the challenges pedestrians face when walking or riding to the local shops and school. This new footpath will make a big difference by improving connectivity for families in the Coolum area. Cr Bunnag is concurrently delivering the additional length of footpath on Greenoaks in Division 8, and together we will deliver a complete footpath.
