The annual ‘Coolum Versus Southerners’ game was held on Sunday, July 19, in exceptionally windy conditions due to a low sitting off the coast. Thankfully, that didn’t stop the friendly bowls action, with a great afternoon had by both competitors and spectators.

A total of 104 players took to the greens with the Southerners winning the shield again – 10 rinks to Coolum’s 3.
