Throughout 2025, the Coolum Lions donated over $60,000 to the Coolum community, sporting groups, and Sunshine Coast support services, including Bloomhill Cancer, Katie Rose Hospice, Cittamani Hospice, and Give-me-5-for Kids.

Some 2025 examples include: 
Coolum State High School – $5,000 to help ensure every student is not disadvantaged due to financial hardship.
Coolum Meals on Wheels – $4,000 to purchase new hotbox delivery boxes.
Coolum Colts Rugby League and Coolum Soccer Club – $3,266 to replace their defective public address system.
Coolum ECO Parkrun – $2,000 to establish the weekly event with the inaugural run held on Sep 13 at the Quanda Industrial ECO Park.

On November 30, the Lions were again out with their cheque book and this time donated funds to the Coolum Boardriders (pictured).  The Coolum Boardriders provide our young people with essential water skills and help develop a healthy lifestyle. Thank you Lions, for your incredible community work!
