Seaside Shores evening catch-up
RESIDENTS are being invited to enjoy a relaxed evening with fellow community members when the Seaside Shores Community Association holds its next member gathering at Marcoola.
The social evening will take place at the Messy Hen café on Merchants Parade, Town of Seaside, from 5 pm on Friday, October 30.
The gathering will give members an opportunity to catch up over a coffee or a bite to eat, meet other residents and spend some time supporting a local café.
Community associations play an important role in bringing people together, helping neighbours get to know one another and providing opportunities to share ideas about the place they call home.
For those who are new to the area, attending a social gathering can also be a good way to meet people and become more involved in the local community.
The Seaside Shores Community Association is encouraging members and those interested to come along and to make the most of the opportunity to enjoy an evening out in a friendly, informal setting.
The Messy Hen, located along Merchants Parade in the Town of Seaside, will provide a local meeting place for the gathering, with the evening centred on conversation and connecting with other members.
Those wishing to attend are asked to contact Tony to be included in the association’s booking.
