LOCAL artist Owen Cavanagh, who is well known across the region for his iconic ‘Wave’ mural, which sits along the Sunshine Motorway and his sand murals, recently completed a mural at Coolum State School.

Owen’s work features surf-inspired themes, and the new mural at Coolum State School is located in front of the Year 6 classrooms and is part of the ‘Year 6 Legacy Gift’ mural. Well done to all involved.
